What to do if the Mhouse Gate Opener manoeuvre does not start and the flashing light flashes?
    • S
      Sean ParkerAug 14, 2025
If your Mhouse Gate Opener manoeuvre doesn't start and the flashing light flashes, first ensure the STOP input isn't active by checking if the LED “STOP” [C] is illuminated. If it isn't, inspect the device connected to the STOP input. Also, a negative photocell test at the beginning of each manoeuvre could be the cause; in this case, inspect the photocells.

Why does my Mhouse Gate Opener manoeuvre start but is immediately followed by an inversion?
    • C
      Charles HarrisAug 17, 2025
If your Mhouse Gate Opener manoeuvre starts but immediately reverses, the selected force might be too low to move the gate. Check for any obstructions and, if necessary, increase the force setting as described on page 21.

      Connie MillerAug 21, 2025
If the Mhouse Gate Opener manoeuvre doesn't start and the flashing light is off, check that the command is actually being received. When the command reaches the OPEN input the relevant LED “OPEN” [D] should light up; if a radio transmitter is used the LED “ECSBus” should emit two long flashes.

How to fix the flashing light when the Mhouse MhouseKit WS2S Gate Opener manoeuvre is carried out?
    • T
      Travis GreenAug 25, 2025
If the Mhouse Gate Opener manoeuvre is carried out but the flashing light isn't working, check for voltage on the FLASH terminal of the flashing light during operation (approximately 10-30 Vac). If voltage is present, the lamp is likely faulty and should be replaced with an identical one.

What to do if the Mhouse Gate Opener photocell is not powered or it is faulty?
    • K
      Katherine CampbellSep 2, 2025
If the Mhouse Gate Opener photocell is not powered or seems faulty, check that the voltage on the photocell terminals is approximately 8-12 Vdc. If the voltage is correct, the photocell is likely faulty.
