• You may enter a filename or accept the default.itc name. Refer to page 23 for Data File
Name conventions.
• Select the Start button, to start the experiment.
You may receive the query displayed below. This is simply indicating that you have not entered
a concentration. This entry is irrelevant for the water experiment and you may select “yes” and
continue. If you were conducting a binding experiment you should enter the concentrations so
that they may be saved in the raw data file. Failure to do so will require that the data must be
entered in Origin data analysis.
