1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

during use to prevent damage to health or property.

Target group
WARNING
Ask the professional installer for installation of the
air source heat pump water heating units, improper
installation may result in water leakage, electric shock,
or fire.
Ask the professional service person for the repair
and maintenance. Improper repair and maintenance
may result in water leakage, electric shock or fire.
In order to avoid electric shock, fire or injury, if
any abnormality is detected, such as smell of fire, turn
off the power supply and call your service agent for
instructions.
Never use the wire and fuse with wrong rated
current, it may cause the unit to break down or a fire.
The appliance shall be installed in accordance
national wiring regulations.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance can be used by children aged from
8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
2 INTRODUCTION
2.1 General information
Thank you for purchasing this Domestic Hot Water Tank.
It can be connected to the outdoor unit or hydro module.
Only the use of a suitable outdoor unit approved by the
manufacturer is permitted.
Please refer to Table 11.1 for all models of this product.
2.2 Scope of this manual
This installation manual describes the procedures for
unpacking, installing and connecting the Domestic Hot
Water Tank.
CAUTION
The earth pole of terminal must be earthed, and
the rated current should be more than 10 A(1 500 W)/20
A(3 000 W). Make sure that power supply terminal and
power supply plug are dry enough and have a good
connection.
Method: Turn on power supply run the unit for half
a hour then turn it off and check whether the power
supply plug is hot or not. If it’s hot (more than 50 °C),
please change it with a new and eligible one, or it may
result in an electric shock or fire.
Before cleaning, be sure to stop the operation
and turn the breaker off or pull out the power cord.
Otherwise, an electric shock and injury may be caused.
The hot water probable need to mix with cold water
to hot water (over 50 °C) in the heating unit may result
in injury.
In the water inlet side, the one way valve must be
installed.
It’s normal if some water drops from the hole of TP
valve during operation. However, if the water is in a
great amount, call your service agent for instructions.
After a long term use, check the unit stand and
fittings. If damaged, the unit may fall and result in
injury.
