Troubleshooting
The following unusual cases are not completely caused by mechanical
failures. Please carry out a careful examination before sending the unit for
repair.
Leakage from cover
Float valve unable to rise
Rice half cooked/too hard
Rice too soft
Leakage from float valve
No gasket
Leftover food attached to gasket
Gasket is worn out
Float valve gasket ring worn
Pressure control fails
Cover closed prematurely
Too much water added
Cover not closed firmly
Press the float valve lightly with
chopsticks
Please inspect the socket
Slide the exhaust valve to the
sealing position
Put food and water according to the
rule
Clean the float valve gasket
Send it to the service centre for
inspection
Add more water
Open the cover after the pressure
lowers down
Locate the gasket well
Place the gasket according to the
