The cappuccino is ready. As a finishing touch,
sprinkle a little cocoa powder over the froth.
Frothing milk in the milk frother (cappuccinatore)

Fill the milk frother up to the lower mark with fresh cold
milk.

Turn the froth spout to the side to close off the frother.

Then turn the dial on the lid clockwise to the "lots of froth"
position.

Turn the left-hand dial until you reach the "Heating with
steam" option.

To make the froth press on the steam valve a to connect
the valve to the milk frother b.
The steam valve must engage in the lower position in order
to connect properly with the frother.
The milk will then be frothed up in the milk frother. It is ready
when it has doubled in volume.

When you have sufficient froth push the steam valve back
up again.
