Remote control
Cleaning the remote control
Only clea
n the surface with a damp
cloth. Do not use too much water to
avoid moisture penetrating the
casing.
Changing the battery
Use only the type of battery listed.
Do
not use rechargeable batteries.
The remote control requires one 3 V CR
2032
battery.
The battery must be changed if
r
angehood functions can no longer be
selected using the remote control or if
the LED light on the remote control
does not light up, or only lights up
dimly when a control is pressed.
Rangehood functions can still be
selected using the rangehood controls.
Use a screwdriver to loosen the two
screws on the back and remove the
cover.
Remo
ve the old battery and replace
with a new one, making sure the
polarity is correct.
Refit the cove
r.
Dispose o
f the old battery
responsibly.
