Function Programming Display
Activating/deactivating
the system lock
Select System lock. Select
a setting and confirm with
OK.
This function is deactivated as
standard. This is indicated in the
display by Off. If the function is
desired, select On.
Setting the temperature
format
Select Temperature. Select
a format; confirm with OK.
The temperature can be displayed
in °C or °F as desired.
Activating/deactivating
the buzzer
Select Buzzer. Select a
setting and confirm with OK.
The options Off, Normal and Loud
are shown in the display.
Activating/deactivating
the confirmation tone
Select Keypad tone. Select
a setting; confirm with OK.
In the standard settings, the
confirmation tone in the form of an
acoustic signal is activated when a
button is operated. The display
indicates this with On. To switch off
the confirmation tone, select Off.
Brightness adjustment
Select Brightness. Select a
setting and confirm with OK.
The brightness of the display can
be set in 17 levels, with level 8 as
the standard setting. Brightness
levels are displayed in bar form.
Contrast adjustment
Select Contrast. Select a
setting and confirm with OK.
The contrast of the display can be
set in 17 levels, with level 8 as the
standard setting. Contrast levels are
displayed in bar form.
Standby
activation/deactivation
Select Standby. Select a
setting and confirm with OK.
The display shows the options On
and Not in current prog.
The display is switched off after
approximately 10 minutes in order
to save energy if, during this period,
no control has been activated.
Activating/deactivating
the memory
Select Memory. Select a
setting and confirm with OK.
Options: On (standard setting), Of
.
With the memory function, the last
selected program can be saved.
Activating the dealer
demo mode
Select Dealer. Select a
setting and confirm with OK.

4.2.13.
Resetting standard
settings
Select Factory default. To
reset the parameters
(settings) modified by the
customer to their standard
settings, confirm with OK.
The display reads Reset.
Adjusting the main wash
temperature
Select Temperatures, then
Main wash. Select a setting
and confirm with OK.
Options: Normal and Increased.
Increased wash temperature results
in a longer running time.
Water quantity
normal/increased
Select Water plus. Select a
setting and confirm with OK.
Options: Standard and Increased. If
Increased is selected, water intake
increases by 16.9 fl.oz. (500mL).
Activating/deactivating
sensor softener, manually
setting water hardness

Select Water hardness.
Select a setting and confirm
with OK.
uto = Sensor softener activated.
The water hardness at the
installation site can also be
manually set. Water hardness
range: 1°d to 70°d. See Section
080-4.2.14.
