Payment systems
Tip: If your machine is connected to a
payment system, the amount of pay-
ment required will appear in the display.
Once the programme has started, do
not open the door or cancel the pro-
gramme.
Depending on the settings, money
may be lost in the payment system.
Starting the programme
The programme can be started as soon
as the Start/Stopsensor is flashing on
and off.
 Touch the Start/Stopsensor.
If a delay start period has been selec-
ted, this will appear in the display.
Once the delay start period has elapsed
(if applied), the programme duration will
appear in the display; otherwise, the
duration will appear straight away. The
programme sequence is also shown in
the display.
Tip: In the pull-down menu, you can
view the selected drying level or dura-
tion and the selected extras.
Programme duration/Estimated
time remaining
The programme duration depends on
the quantity of laundry, the type of fab-
ric and the residual moisture in the laun-
dry or also the water hardness. The run-
ning time for drying level programmes
can therefore vary or “jump”. The tumble
dryer's electronic control system adapts
to these factors and then adjusts the
displayed programme duration with in-
creasing accuracy.
