5.16.3 S 27x
1. Dismantle the mounting panel and remove the reel retaining screws.
2. Disconnect the electrical connections and remove the cord reel.
5.16.4 S 3xx
The cord reel is installed in the cap assembly.
1. Remove the cap assembly (Section 5.6).
2. Remove the Phillips screw securing the cord reel.
3. Remove the Phillips screw securing the terminal block next to the cord
reel.
4. Ease open the group plug retaining lug and disconnect the plug.
5. Remove the cord reel upwards.
Note:
The cord reel must only be installed when the cord is fully wound in. This
ensures correct operation of the rewinding mechanism. Before the cord
reel is clipped into place in the cap assembly, the mains plug must be
inserted through the casing opening.

The cord reel should only be opened with a special bit, tool no. C 6006.
