Short
For drying fabrics which can with
-
stand high temperatures, e.g. pure
linens and cottons. Do not use on
minimum iron or delicate fabrics.
Because the heater rating is in
-
creased clothes dry faster thus short
-
ening drying times.
Low temperature
For drying delicate fabrics with the
symbol r (e.g. acrylic garments) at a
lower temperature.
Because the heater rating is reduced
clothes dry more slowly thus lengthen-
ing drying times.
Buzzer
An audible tone sounds repeatedly at
the end of a programme.

The buzzer can be switched on or off
after a programme has started.
The volume (and pitch) of the buzzer
can be adjusted before
a programme is
started:

Select the programme.
^
Press the "Buzzer" button (the
"Buzzer" indicator lamp will light up)
until the desired volume / pitch is
achieved. Then release the button.
E Delay start
Once a programme has been se
-
lected, the start can be delayed by
30 minutes (30) up to 24 hours (24^).
^
Press the
Delay start
button repeat
-
edly until the required time appears
in the display :
- up to 10^ in 30 minute stages.
- over 10^ in 1 hour stages.
The time will run up to 24^ by keep-
ing the button pressed in.
Press the START button. The chosen
time will count down as follows:
–from24^ to 10^ in 1 hour stages.
less than 10^ in 1 minute stages.
The dryer starts automatically once the
delay start period has elapsed. The
time left will appear in the display
approx. 1 minute into the programme.
To cancel "Delay start":
Before the START button has been
pressed:
^
Press the
Delay start
button once
when 24^ is showing in the display;
After the START button has been
pressed:
^
Turn the programme selector to the
Finish
position.
