What to do if I have no weld output on my Miller Electric Big Blue 500D but generator power output is okay?

If your Miller Electric Welding System shows no weld output but the generator power output is functional at the AC receptacles, consider the following: * Verify the Ampere Range switch position. * Check the position of the optional Polarity switch. * Ensure the Amperage Adjust switch is in the Panel position, or if using Remote, ensure the switch is in the Remote position and the remote control is correctly connected to Remote Amperage Adjust receptacle RC13. Also, check and secure connections to Remote Amperage Adjust receptacle RC13. Finally, inspect fuse F2 and replace it if it's open.
