  To address inconsistent wire speed issues on your Miller Welding System, try the following: * Readjust the front panel settings. * Ensure you're using the correct size drive rolls. * Readjust the drive roll pressure. * Replace the inlet guide, contact tip, or liner if needed. * Check the position of the input jumper links. * Reset circuit breaker CB1. * Rotate the Wire Speed control to a higher setting. If the problem continues, it is recommended to have a Factory Authorized Service Agent check the Wire Speed control, diodes in main rectifier, and main control board.
