  If the ACC moves to the same position regardless of the signal applied, the issue could be due to an improper command signal or an incorrect mode setup. First, connect a mA meter into the signal line to read the signal. If necessary, correct the signal source, as there may be a broken wire or loose connection. If the signal is correct, review the initial start-up procedure to ensure the mode setup is correct.
