pH 31
Note: The temperature value used for MTC can be set only when “NO T. PROBE”
message is displayed.
8.4. WARNINGS & MESSAGES
The Calibration Check feature flags diagnostic messages during a calibration. As electrode
aging is usually a slow process, dierences between previous calibrations are likely due
to a temporary problem with the probe or buers.
Messages Displayed During Calibration
y “WRONG BUFFER“ message is displayed blinking when the dierence between the
pHreading and selected buer value is significant.
Check if correct calibration buer has been used.

y “WRONG OLD POINTS INCONSISTENT” is displayed if there is discrepancy between
new calibration value and old value recorded when calibrating with the same
probe in a buer of the same value.
Clear the previous calibration and calibrate with fresh buers. See Clear Calibration
section for details.
