(5) Put the sealing material to the cable clamp and put the FFC to the connector.
Caution1: Put the FFC to the connector without bending or folding.
Caution2: Treat the lock gently because the lock of CN2 is fragile especially.
(6) Clamp the FFC with checking a forming.
Caution: Secure a margin of the curved FFC from the connector and the FFC should be
attached vertically from the connector.
(7) Operate [#TEST]-[MOTOR TEST]-[Y SERVO MOTOR] to make the carriage scan with full-width
of the machine continuously (5-10 minutes) and check the FFC is not slipped.
If they are slipped, fix the twisted ink tubes in the cable bear and the position of FFC and check
them again.
(8) Attach Wiring cover (M508746)
Caution: Check the lock of the connector of the cable for optional ventilation unit
FFC should not be exceeded the height of
electrolytic capaciator
FFC should be attached vertically from the
connector.
