■As for the head gap
Please set head gap between print heads and printing materials at 2mm or under.
When the head gap is set 2mm or higher, ink drops are likely to be changed to mists.
Additionally, reflected light of UV-light is increased and therefore mists would be thickened or cured before
placing on the material. Such condition leads to less-accurate ink dot placement and nozzle clogging.
■Ink mist absorption fan
The printing stability is improved by incorporating the ink mist absorption fan. This fan reduces ink
mist which is likely to be generated when printing on three-dimensional products.
