7 Storage and
Transportation
Note:
For details of storage time and condition for disinfected probes or sterilized
probes, please refer to Technical standard for Disinfection of Medical and Health
Structures.

When all examinations for the day have been completed, confirm that the transducer is in
good condition and store it in a suitable place so that the next examination can be
conducted smoothly.
To prevent the transducer from being damaged, do not store it in locations where it
may be exposed to:

Direct sunlight or X-rays

Sudden changes in temperature

Dust

Excessive vibration

Heat generators
Store and transport the transducers under the following ambient conditions:
For black/white ultrasound system applied transducers:

Ambient temperature: -20°C~55°C

Relative humidity: 30% to 95% (no condensation)

Atmospheric pressure: 700 hPa to 1060 hPa
For Doppler ultrasound system applied transducers:

Ambient temperature: -20°C~55°C

Relative humidity: 30% to 95% (no condensation)

Atmospheric pressure: 700 hPa to 1060 hPa
Store and transport the SP5-1s/SP5-1E/LM14-6E/LM14-6s/G6-2Gs/C6-2 probe
under the following ambient conditions:

Ambient temperature: -20°C~55°C

Relative humidity: 20% to 95% (no condensation)

Atmospheric pressure: 700 hPa to 1060 hPa
Store and transport the L16-4HE/L16-4Hs/L16-4HU/L14-5sp probe under the
following ambient conditions:

Ambient temperature: 0°C to 60°C

Relative humidity: 30% to 95% (no condensation)

Atmospheric pressure:700 hPa to 1060 hPa
Store and transport the SC5-1E probe under the following ambient conditions:

Ambient temperature: -10°C to 60°C

Relative humidity: 20% to 95% (no condensation)

Atmospheric pressure:700 hPa to 1060 hPa
