● In confirming the voltage between A and C, please set the connection range of the measuring instrument such as tester to DC･V.
● In confirming the voltage between B and D, please set the connection of the measuring instrument to DC･mV.
Remove the cable of strain gage applied
transducer from the terminal.
Voltage betwee A and C
is the same as specified.
① Connect the cable of strain gage applied transducer to the terminals again.
② Apply the load to the strain gage applied transducer while inspecting the
voltage between the terminal B and D.
Voltage between B
and D is varied.
Execute the calibration again according to
the paragraph 3.
Strain gage applied transducer
connected might be broken, or the
signal route (signal line) might
been disconnected.
Inform Minebea about the contents of
failure and situation at site in details.
