5.4 FILM POSITIONING
To insert film in the unwinding device it is necessary to
follow the instruction diagram shown in figure.
This way the film will be correctly driven without being
damaged.
To correctly roll up the film on the forming box proceed as
follows:
Opening front door (2) (see paragraph 2.1).
Hold both film ends and pull it out of about half a meter.
Roll the film around the right forming box and pull both
ends.
Drive the film around the left forming box and check that
the left guide holds the film upper edge, and the right
guide the ower one.
Keep the film wrapped around the right forming box,
pull the film and verify that the two flaps are one on top
of the other.
Drive the film through feed rolls.
Keep the film tensed and perform a test welding.
At this point push botton, (R) on the control board to
effect first sealing. Close front door (2).
