6.1 PRECAUTIONS AND MAINTENANCE CONDITION SETTING
CAUTION!
Maintenance shall be entrusted to trained staff only with knowledge of the machine.
It is forbidden to carry out maintenance, lubrication or repair when the machine is moving and/or powered.
It is forbidden to operate on moving parts.
After each intervention always reassemble guards if removed, and set machine to starting condition.
Always remember the safety norms listed in this manual and those set by the laws in force in the country of
installation.
MAITENANCE CONDITION SETTING PROCEDURE
This procedure shall be carried out before any ordinary maintenance, cleaning or extraordinary maintenance. The
machine must be isolated from any power supply. Proceed as follows:
Press the main switch (IG) to OFF position
Press the “EMERGENCY” pushbutton (S0)
Disconnect the machine from power supply and remove the machine electric cord from the power socket.
6.2 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TABLE

Routine maintenance operations must be carried out by authorized personnel specifically trained to
perform mechanical and/or electrical repairs and adjustments
This machine requires small maintenance interventions. However, it is necessary to comply with the Maintenance
Schedule.

CAUTION!
Reducers are lubricated with “long life” synthetic oil and therefore do not need to be lubricated.
ATTENTION!
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the
manufacturer or its service agent.
