1.5 Auxiliary / Rear Camera Notes and Mounting
When the auxiliary / rear camera is connected to your dashcam, the auxiliary camera
will be displayed in the top right corner of LCD screen. The recording
resolution will automatically switch to 1080p for the front camera, and to 480p for the auxiliary
/ rear camera. You can alternate which camera is displayed on your dashcam by pressing the
UP Button.
1.5.1 Reverse Camera (Optional Use)
The auxiliary camera also works as a reverse camera when you hardwire it to
reverse light power source. Once wired correctly, the auxiliary camera will be displayed on
your dashcam with reversing lines when you put your vehicle in reverse,
To setup the rear camera, please follow the diagram below. To ensure that the rear camera
is installed correctly, a professional electronics installer should be used to install it.
