The pilot light will come on briefly each
time the film is advanced.
The Motor Drive 1's continuous framing
rate will also be determined by the auto¬
matically or manually set shutter speed. This is
because the motor will not advance the film
until the exposure of a frame is complete. For
example, with the selector dial set to "Hi” and
a shutter speed of 1/60 sec. or slower, the
framing rate of the motor drive will be less than
3.5 frames-per-second. Therefore, to take full
advantage of the Motor Drive 1's "Hi" mode,
and to assure proper automatic exposures, a
shutter speed of 1/60 sec. or higher should be
used when making continuous automatic ex¬
posures. When speeds below 1/60 sec. are used,
extra care should be taken to avoid camera
movement that could cause blurred pictures.
CAUTION
Do not remove the battery holder while the
motor drive is operating, as this could interrupt
the advancing cycle. If this should happen and
replacing the holder does not restore motor
operation, cock the shutter once manually
using the film-advance lever. This will recycle
the motor drive, and normal operation can be
resumed.

Bei jedem Filmtransport leuchtet die
Kontrollampe kurz auf.
Die tatsachlich erreichbare Bildfrequenz
hangt u.a. von der automatisch gesteuerten oder
rnanuell eingestellten VerschluBzeit ab. Grund-
satzlich beginnt der Motor-Drive 1 erst nach
Belichtungsende mit dem Filmtransport. Aus
diesem Grund konnen bei langeren VerschluR-
zeiten als 1/60 s die 3,5 Bilder pro Sekunde
nicht erreicht werden — die Bildfolge wird
entsprechend langsamer. Um die Einstellung
,,Hi" voll nutzen zu konnen und korrekte
automatische Belichtung sicherzustellen, muB
die VerschlufJzeit 1/60 s oder kiirzer sein. Bei
langeren VerschluBzeiten als 1/60 s sollte
wegen der Verwacklungsgefahr besonders auf
ruhige Kamerahaltung geachtet werden.
ACHTUNG
Wahrend des Motorlaufs auf keinen Fall den
Batteriehalter herausziehen, da hierdurch der
Ablauf gestort wird. Sollte das trotzdem
passieren und nach dem Wiedereinschieben des
Batteriehalters der Motorantrieb nicht funk-
tionieren, betatigen Sie einmal den Film-
transporthebel von Hand. Dadurch wird der
Funktionsablauf normalisiert und der Motor-
betrieb kann fortgesetzt werden.
