anetworkcouldbefound,youwillsee“Network
NotFound”andthen“LoginFailed”.Torepeatthe
procedure,pushtheRIGHTarrowbutton(11).
Note:Ifthecameraisunabletofindanetwork
afterseveralattempts,eitherthenetworksignal
istooweakortheSIMcardyouareusingisnot
compatiblewiththeDTC1000.

3.AftertheDTC1000hasloggedintothenetwork,
pushtheDOWNarrowbutton(11)toenterthe
PlaybackModeorgoto“Playback”in“Camera
Mode”(see“CameraMode”insectionAofthese
instructions).UsetheLEFT/RIGHTarrowbuttons
(11)toselectthephotoyouwouldliketosendand
pushOK(11).Youwillsee“Sending”inthedisplay
(8).Thephotowillnowbesenttothepredefined
recipients.Afterthephotohasbeensuccessfully
sent,youwillsee“Sent”inthedisplay(8)or“Not
Sent”ifthephotocouldnotbedelivered.
Note: Dependingonsignalstrength,thedelivery
ofthephotocantakefrom20to60seconds.Send-
ingphotosviaGPRSalwaystakesmoretimethan
viaMMS.
Settings Using the Camera
AsanalternativetotheDownloadTool,youcan
makethebasicGSMsettingsdirectlywithyourDTC
1000.PushMENU(15)toenterthemainmenuand
select“GSMSetup”andthenpushOK(11).Youare
nowinthe“GSMSetup”menu.
Send Mode
Select“SendMode”withtheUP/DOWNarrowbut-
tons(11)andpushOK(11).Hereyoucanchoose
betweenfourmodes:
1. Off
2.Instant
3.Customized
4.DailyReport
UsetheUP/DOWNarrowbuttons(11)toselectthe
modeyouwishtouseandpushOK(11).
