For internal calls, dial the extension number of the person you wish to reach
For external calls, dial 9 plus the phone number

Hang Up

TO PLACE A CALL ON HOLD
1. While on the call, press O~ld)
TO RETRIEVE A CALL FROM HOLD

TO TRANSFER A CALL

To transfer internally, dial the extension number you wish to transfer to
