MITEL 5320 IP SET CUSTOMIZATION
To adjust the Ringer Volume while the phone is ringing:
1. Press the Up or Down arrow keys to adjust (the same arrows used for volume control)
DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS / CONTRAST WHILE YOUR PHONE IS IDLE
1. Press the ~enu) key
2. Press Settings
3. Press Brightness and Contrast
4. Press the Brightness and Contrast + and - keys to adjust the brightness and contrast of your screen
5. Press Save
6. Press Close
ADJUST THE RINGER VOLUME AND RINGER PITCH
To adjust the Ringer Volume while the phone is idle:
1. Press Superkey (must be programmed to a key)
2. Press the No softkey until "Ringer Adjust?" appears
3. Press Ring Adjust
4. Press Ringer Pitch
5. Press the Up or Down arrow keys to adjust (the same keys used for volume control)
6. Press Next
7. Press Ringer Vol
8. Press the Up or Down arrow keys to adjust
9. Press Superkey to save changes
TO ADJUST TEXT SIZE
1. Press ~enu) key
2. Press Settings
3. Press Text Size
4. Select Large Text or Small Text
5. Press Save
6. Press Close
PROGRAM A SPEED CALL
1. Press the ~enu) key
2. Press Settings
3. Press Programmable Keys.
4. Press the key you wish to program. If it's already programmed, press Clear Key.
5. Press Speed Call.
6. Press Edit Info and enter the label for the Speed Call, using the dialpad
7. Press Edit Number and enter the phone number for the Speed Call, include a 9 for an outside line
• The maximum length is 26 characters. 0-9, # and *. Pause and flash are not allowed.
8. Press Ok, and then press Save.
9. Press Close 2 times to exit the programming menus
Notes: To return to the Feature or Menu list at any time, press the (Me~ key
• You can also choose to Edit the Label, Clear Information, and Clear Key
