*1*2
Minor error Communication
setting error 2
Network settings that cannot be
handled by the safety remote I/O
module are received.
Check that the model name of the slave station set in
the network configuration settings matches the model
name of the actual device.
If this error occurs even when the model names match,
the possible cause is a module failure. Please consult
your local Mitsubishi representative.

*1
Minor error IP address duplication
detection
An IP address duplication is
detected.
Change the IP address so that no IP address duplication
occurs in the access range of CC-Link IE TSN. After
change, power off and on the module power supply.
D011H
*1*2
Moderate error IP address setting
error
Values the safety remote I/O
module cannot use were set for
the IP address and subnet mask
settings.
Without using the set IP address and subnet mask,
the module is operated based on the previous IP
address and subnet mask.
The set IP address and subnet mask will not be saved
in non-volatile memory.
Check the IP address and subnet mask again, and
change the settings to values the safety remote I/O
module can use. After change, power off and on the
module power supply.
D020H
*1*2
Minor error Network synchronous
communication
setting error
The network synchronous
communication setting of the
safety remote I/O module is set to
synchronous.
Set the network synchronous communication setting of
the safety remote I/O module to asynchronous.
D021H
*1*2
Minor error Number of RX/RY
points error
RX/RY with a number of points
that cannot be handled by the
safety remote I/O module are set.
Set 16 for the number of points for RX and RY in the
network configuration setting.
D022H
*1*2
Minor error RWr/RWw number of
points error
RWr/RWw with a number of points
that cannot be handled by the
safety remote I/O module are set.
Set 16 or less for the number of points for RWr and
RWw in the network configuration setting.
D023H
*1*2
Minor error Safety PDU number
of points error
A safety PDU with a number of
points that cannot be handled by
the safety remote I/O module was
received.
Power off and on the module power supply. If the same
error occurs again, the module may be in failure. Please
consult your local Mitsubishi representative.
D024H
*1*2
Minor error Communication cycle
setting error (1Gbps)
When the safety remote I/O
module was operating at a
communication speed of 1Gbps, a
communication cycle the safety
remote I/O module did not support
was set.
For the communication cycle setting, set a value
supported by the safety remote I/O module.
D025H
*1*2
Minor error Communication cycle
setting error
(100Mbps)
When the safety remote I/O
module was operating at a
communication speed of
100Mbps, a communication cycle
the safety remote I/O module did
not support was set.
For the communication cycle setting, set a value
supported by the safety remote I/O module.
D026H
*3
Moderate error Communication
speed not matched
A device linked up with a
communication speed different
from "Link speed setting" of the
parameter.
Correct "Link speed setting" of the parameter.
Check that the switching hub compliant with the
specifications of the master module in use is used.
Connect a device that can communicate at the
