7.3 Safety Communication Setting
Write the safety communication setting of the master station to the CPU module.
Make the following settings before configuring the safety communication setting. Check that the safety remote I/O module and
master/local module can perform cyclic transmission (the D LINK LED is lit).

1. Set the module parameter of the master station "To Use or Not to Use the Safety Communication Setting" to "Use".
