This guide describes the procedure for introducing a system recorder (camera recorder module), which is

one of our maintenance solutions. The system recorder records the operation of the program data and

error/event occurrences during the system operation using the camera recorder module. The recorded data

can be replayed using the dedicated MELSOFT Software to check the past system operation. This makes it

possible to reproduce the situation at the site where the trouble occurred, and to identify and analyze the

cause of the error by using the video recorded by a camera together.

  If the time of your programmable controller isn't being reflected on the network camera, it may be that the time of the programmable controller is not reflected on the network camera side. Try closing the configuration tool of the network camera and then execute the FB again.

  If the current and voltage measured by your Mitsubishi Electric Control Unit do not match other gauges, consider the following: * Verify the phase wire method, primary current, and primary voltage are correct. Check the value in the buffer memory for these settings. If you change the value in the buffer memory, you need to turn the request for operating condition setting into ON. Otherwise, it will not be applied to the measurement. * Ensure the secondary of the current sensor is not short-circuited. If connected to Mitsubishi’s current transformer CW-5S (L), check that the secondary switch is not short-circuited. * Confirm that only dedicated current sensors are connected to the module. Do not use sensors from other companies.

The available setting range of a subnet mask is from 192.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.252. When not using the default gateway, set 0.0.0.0. The available setting range of a default gateway is from 0.0.0.1 to 223.255.255.254. Review the settings and correct any invalid values.
