  The issue might be due to a power supply voltage fault or a faulty servo amplifier, which won't improve even if connectors CN2, CN3, and CN6 are disconnected. It could also be due to a short in the power supply of CN6 cabling (improved when connector CN6 is disconnected), encoder cabling (improved when connector CN2 is disconnected), or CN3 cabling (improved when connector CN3 is disconnected). The encoder itself might also be faulty (improved when connector CN2 is disconnected). Also alarm may occur. In this case remove cause.
