4. Installation
WARNING
Risk of suocation
Do not use the device in small (<7,3 m³), unventilated rooms.
Electrical hazard
Connect the device only to grounded wall sockets.
The power cable and plug must be dry.
Risk of hand injuries
Be careful when inserting the cartridge, cylinder, and bottle.
CAUTION
Contaminated drinking water can cause various diseases
Do not touch the dispenser tap, the hinged cartridge port, or the
cartridge inlet and outlet with dirty hands or dirty objects.
Only clean these components with a clean, disposable cloth.
4.1. Unboxing
We recommend setting up your Mitte Home using the Mitte app.

1. Unbox the Mitte Home device and all the
components.
2. Place the device on your countertop
within range of a WiFi signal. Do not
place it on water-sensitive surfaces.
3. Install the drip tray as shown in the
image.
4. Plug your device into an electrical outlet
to get started.
