- Check the USB connection
- Check available memory capacity
- Check if the battery is flat.
- Check the polarity of the battery
Cannot download a file
- Push the earphone jack completely into the port
- Check if there is any foreign material on/in the jack/port
- Check if the file has been damaged
- Check the volume
Can not listen to the music properly or there are noises
- Check the earphone connection. The earphone acts as the antenna.
- Change the direction of the player and earphone. Keep the player away from
any other electrical product.
Can not listen to FM radio properly
Check if the battery is flat.
- Reinsert the battery.
- Execute OS update or format after connecting to the PC.
- Check the polarity of the battery
Can not turn the power on or play a file

The player is not working.
- Check if the battery is flat.

- Reinstall the software CD if you are using Windows 98SE.
Cannot Connect to the PC
- Check if the slide switch is in MUSIC position
- Check the polarity of the battery
- Check if the battery is flat.
- Check if the player was properly inserted into an audio deck
- Check the play direction of the audio deck.
- When using a MMC check if it is properly mounted in the slot.
- Check the polarity of the battery
“PLAY” is not working.
