3. Connect the external water pump to the exchanger of the Zeus200 generator using anti-

crushing spiral pipes not supplied and the fitting (3). Use the second fitting supplied (3) at the

outlet of the exchanger to connect a second pipe in order to allow the cooling water to flow

out of the hull through a sea discharge.

Note: the seacock must be located in a point that always remains below the waterline even if sailing

upwind. If a new sea cock is to be installed, a dynamic version is recommended. The sum of the

lengths of the spiral pipes must not exceed 4 meters. To lock the pipes use 2 steel clamps for each

fitting as per regulations. To block the fittings use specific sealant. The sea discharge must be

positioned 5/10cm above the waterline in order to avoid any smallest noise
