PERFORM EVERY 50 HOURS (MAINTENANCE):
PERFORM EVERY 150 HOURS (MAINTENANCE):
1. Remove dust and other particulate that may have accumulated inside the E-box of the machine.
To access this area, remove the 6 screws from the site panel and use compressed air and a
vacuum to remove the particulate.
2. Check ‘hockey stick’ to ensure that it is in good working condition and not bent.
3. Check trim tote engagement levers and rails to ensure that a proper seal is achieved when the
trim tote is installed
1. Check condition of gears and pulleys on left side of machine, lid and all helical blades. Ensure
there are no signicant signs of wear.
2. Check belt tension, aiming for 10 KG tension.
3. Check o-rings on underside of lid to ensure they are in good condition.
4. Review inventory of tumblers, helical blades, bed knives, spacer bars, brushes, trim totes and trim
tote gaskets, ensuring that an appropriate number of each part is on-hand and in good working
condition.
5. Perform a visual inspection of the impeller to ensure that it is in good condition.
