If your Mocacare Blood Pressure Monitor displays a measuring error symbol when the blood pressure value shown is excessively low or high, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that the cuff is wrapped properly and positioned correctly. Second, avoid talking or moving during the measurement; keep your wrist steady and measure again. Shaking your wrist with the cuff on can also cause this error.

If your Mocacare Blood Pressure Monitor displays a measuring error symbol, it could be due to several reasons. There could be several reasons why your Mocacare Blood Pressure Monitor cannot communicate with your Bluetooth device: * Pairing might not have been completed. Please re-pair the BPM and Bluetooth device. * Bluetooth function might not be turned on. * The distance between the BPM and Bluetooth device might be out of transmitting range (acceptable distance ?10 meters). * Unexpected loss of electrical/mechanical integrity.
