What to do if the Mocacare MOCACuff shows a measuring error when the blood pressure is too low or high?

  If your Mocacare Blood Pressure Monitor displays a measuring error symbol when the blood pressure value shown is excessively low or high, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that the cuff is wrapped properly and positioned correctly. Second, avoid talking or moving during the measurement; keep your wrist steady and measure again. Shaking your wrist with the cuff on can also cause this error.

  If your Mocacare Blood Pressure Monitor doesn't turn on when you push the button, it could be due to worn-out batteries. Replace them with two new AAA (LR03) alkaline batteries. Also, check that the battery polarities are positioned correctly and re-insert them if needed.

  If your Mocacare Blood Pressure Monitor displays a measuring error symbol, it could be due to several reasons. Check the cuff connection to ensure it is properly plugged into the monitor and measure again. If the inflation pressure exceeds 300 mmHg, switch the unit off and then measure again. If it can’t determine your blood pressure, wrap the cuff properly, keep steady, and measure again.

  There could be several reasons why your Mocacare Blood Pressure Monitor cannot communicate with your Bluetooth device: * Pairing might not have been completed. Please re-pair the BPM and Bluetooth device. * Bluetooth function might not be turned on. * The distance between the BPM and Bluetooth device might be out of transmitting range (acceptable distance ?10 meters). * Unexpected loss of electrical/mechanical integrity. Re-insert the batteries and try again. * Using non- Bluetooth device.
