Base Cabinet Assembly

Base Cabinet Door Assembly Prep

Prepare the base cabinet door assembly by placing it on foam for protection.

Attach Base Cabinet Sides

Secure both side panels to the main door assembly for the base cabinet.

Attach Base Cabinet Top Braces

Connect the top braces to the side panels of the base cabinet structure.

Attach Base Cabinet Rear Horizontals

Fasten the rear horizontal supports to the side panels of the base cabinet.

Assemble Base Cabinet Toe Kick Front

Connect the front toe kick piece to both side toe kick components.

Assemble Base Cabinet Toe Kick Rear

Attach the rear toe kick piece to the side toe kick components.

Attach Base Cabinet to Toe Kick

Place the main cabinet body onto the assembled toe kick and attach loosely.

Install Base Cabinet Shelf

Position and attach the shelf into the base cabinet's door frame.

Install Base Cabinet Bottom Pan

Slide the bottom pan into its designated slots within the toe kick assembly.

Closet Assembly

Closet Door Assembly Prep

Prepare the closet door assembly by placing it on foam for protection.

Attach Closet Sides

Secure both side panels to the main door assembly for the closet.

Attach Closet Top Panel

Connect the top panel to the side panels of the closet structure.

Attach Closet Rear Horizontals

Fasten the rear horizontal supports to the side panels of the closet.

Assemble Closet Toe Kick Front

Connect the front toe kick piece to both side toe kick components.

Assemble Closet Toe Kick Rear

Attach the rear toe kick piece to the side toe kick components.

Attach Closet to Toe Kick

Place the main closet body onto the assembled toe kick and attach loosely.

Install Closet Shelf

Position and attach the shelf into the closet's door frame.

Install Closet Bottom Pan

Slide the bottom pan into its designated slots within the toe kick assembly.

Overhead Cabinet Installation

Attach Overhead Cabinet Light Shield

Secure the light shield to the underside of the overhead cabinet unit.

Instant Walls Setup

Join Instant Wall Panels

Connect matching Instant Wall panels using stiffeners on both sides of the joint.

Install Instant Wall Panel Cage Nuts

Insert the specified cage nuts into the rear of each Instant Wall panel section.

Assemble Instant Wall Structure

Bolt panel sections together with stiffeners, assembling corners with angles.

Anchor Brackets for Stability

Prepare Anchor Brackets

Adjust anchor bracket length by bending or bolting sections as needed for wall fitting.

Install Anchor Brackets

Hook brackets into wall panels and secure to the wall using appropriate hardware.

Installing Your Cabinets

Position and Level First Cabinet

Place the first cabinet, loosen toe kick bolts, and use shims for leveling.

Connect Adjacent Cabinets

Position the next cabinet and loosely bolt it to the previously installed units.

Repeat Installation Steps

Continue the process by repeating steps 1 and 2 until all components are installed.

Countertop Brace Installation

Attach Countertop Brace

Secure the countertop brace to adjacent cabinet bases or toolboxes.

Drill Holes for Closet Mounting

Use the brace as a template to drill mounting holes in the closet side, ensuring level placement.

Corner Filler Installation

Assemble Corner Filler Components

Bolt the main corner filler piece and the toe kick filler together.

Attach Assembled Corner Filler

Secure the joined corner filler to adjacent cabinet bases or toolboxes.

Install Countertop Brace Bolts

Insert bolts into the top-rear holes of the corner filler sides for the countertop brace.

Mount Countertop Brace

Slide the countertop brace down onto the previously installed bolts.

Secure Countertop Brace

Tighten bolts to ensure the brace is level and flush with adjacent cabinet tops.

Drill Countertop Brace for Wall Mount

Drill holes in the countertop brace for securing it to the wall.

Wall Mount Countertop Brace

Fasten the countertop brace to the wall using suitable mounting hardware.

Countertop Installation

Apply Countertop Mounting Tape

Apply double-sided tape to cabinet tops and braces where the countertop will be placed.

Test Fit Countertop

Before removing tape backing, test fit the countertop to ensure correct placement.

Prepare for Countertop Placement

Remove tape backing and spray with window cleaner for easier adjustment.

Install Countertop

Carefully place the countertop onto the taped surface and allow it to dry.
