we are so glad that you have bought your electric bike
from Momas!
It is important that you write down the serial number of your bike as it is not
registered anywhere with the supplier, only on the bike and the box.
For service at the supplier, we recommend that you take the user manual with
you so that our bicycle mechanic can register the service, and so you can get a
signature that the job has been carried out.
For example: Service number YX999.
ATTENTION! The instructions for service must be followed both for the e-bike
to function and perform as well as possible, and for the right to complain to
apply. Information on maintenance can be found on page 66.
