Our electric bicycles are built to last. However, an electric bicycle is composed of components with varying lifespans, and the limi-
ted warranty will therefore vary in duration depending on which part of the bike it concerns. Some components, such as the motor
and battery, are more susceptible to natural wear and tear and will thus have a shorter expected lifespan than the bike as a whole.
Remember that proper maintenance and usage are crucial for the product’s longevity. User errors are not eligible for warranty
claims. Inadequate maintenance combined with improper usage are among the most common reasons for an electric bicycle to
break down. We ask that you always follow our maintenance and usage instructions, as proper maintenance is of great importance
in case of any warranty claims.
Please contact the seller of the bicycle for more information.
Please note that intense or commercial usage, such as daily food deliveries, will affect and reduce your right to make a warranty
claim. The bicycles are designed for normal private use, and intense usage will accelerate wear and tear, potentially causing faults
or damages that are not covered by consumer protection laws. Usage beyond normal, expected use may result in faults or dama-
ges not covered by the warranty. We discourage commercial usage of our products.
5.2 COMPLAINT AND SERVICE INQUIRIES
