COMPATIBLE HEAT SOURCES:
MONIX CLASSICA PRESSURE COOKER MODELS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH
ALL SOURCES OF HEAT, INCLUDING INDUCTION.
•
On electric hobs, the use of a range with diameter equal to or less than the
exterior of the pressure cooker is recommended.
• On glass-ceramic hobs, verifying that the exterior of the cooker is clean and
completely free of residue is recommended.
• On gas hobs, it is recommended that the fl ames never exceed the diameter of
the cooker base.
• On induction hobs, the use of a range with diameter equal to or slightly less
than (covering at least 70%) the diameter of the exterior of the pressure co-
oker is recommended.
