What to do if my Morbark Compact Loader does not travel forward or reverse?
    • D
      Deborah ConleyAug 2, 2025
If the Morbark Compact Loader isn't moving, ensure the engine runs at full speed by advancing the throttle. If the hydraulic fluid is cold, fully warm it up. Also, check and replenish the hydraulic fluid tank with the correct fluid if the level is low. If the fuel tanks are empty and the engine stops, refill them with fuel.

Why won't my Morbark BOXER 532DX engine start or keep running?
    • S
      scott29Aug 6, 2025
If the engine of your Morbark Compact Loader won't start, starts with difficulty, or stalls, first ensure the auxiliary hydraulics lever is in the neutral position, especially if a hydraulically powered attachment is installed. Next, check if the fuel tanks are empty and fill them with diesel fuel if needed. Try cycling the glow plugs for about 10 seconds. Ensure the air cleaner isn't dirty by cleaning the air filter housing and replacing the filter elements. Also, make sure that the 30 Amp fuse is not blown, replace it if needed. If there is dirt, water or stale fuel, drain fuel in tanks into an appropriate storage container and dispose of bad fuel properly, refill fuel tanks with fresh, clean fuel and replace fuel filter.
