Support
If a problem of any nature occurs with your monitor, please take the following steps prior to
contacting us:
Note the Serial Number C76-00000 or C85-00000 of the instrument (located on
the external metal nameplate).
Connect the instrument to a laptop via the USB port. Run the Calisto Access
software and download the databank and the event log files (.bnk, .log, .mfg).
Contact Morgan Schaffer for immediate support by phone at 001.514.739.1967 or by email at
support@morganschaffer.com.
If, for any reason, the monitor does not respond, a person with electrical safety training and
certification can undertake the following steps: Check all connections and verify that power is being
supplied to the instrument using a multimeter. If a proper voltage is being supplied to the monitor,
then verify the thermal fuse integrity (main contacts 3 and 4 on Figure 6). If the thermal fuse is
blown, it irreversibly cuts power to the unit. The thermal fuse is easily field-replaceable using the
supplied spare by pulling the activated fuse out of its location and disconnecting it. Once the spare
thermal fuse is installed, quickly connect the Calisto/Calisto 2 to a laptop and download the
databank and the event log files. Turn OFF the instrument and contact Morgan Schaffer for
immediate support by phone at 001.514.739.1967 or by email at support@morganschaffer.com.
