Capture photos and videos to send them to friends or save
them for later.
Quick start: Photos & videos
Find it: Press and hold Camera
• To t ake a photo, open the camera, press the Camera
Key halfway (the focus square appears), then press all
the way to take the photo.
You’ll see a thumbnail of your photo in the bottom left
corner. Touch the photo to open it, then touch Menu
to see options.
• To open the video camcorder, touch the camcorder icon
in the camera or touch >
Camcorder from the
home screen. To start or stop recording, press
Camera .

Open your last photo or video.
Switch front or back camera.
Capture.
Choose camera or camcorder.
Photos or time remaining.
Set scene lighting.
Set brightness.
Choose panorama or multi-shot.
Set effects (like black and white).
Choose flash.
Switch resolution & more.
• To change resolution, in the viewfinder touch Menu
>
Settings.
Tips & tricks
• For the clearest photos and videos, clean the lens with a
soft, dry cloth.
• To send a video in a message, set the video quality first:
Touch Menu >
Settings > Video Resolution
>
Medium (QVGA).
• To zoom in or out, press the volume keys.
• To open photos and videos you captured, touch
>
Gallery, then touch a photo or video for options like
Share.
View & share photos & videos
Find it: > Gallery
Tip: To open your last photo or video from the viewfinder,
just touch the thumbnail in the bottom left corner.
