Pendant Mount Installation
Required Tools and Materials
The following tools are required to complete the installation but are not included in the package:
l No. 2 Phillips screwdriver — for attaching the pendant wall mount bracket to the mounting surface.
Package Content
Ensure the dome camera package contains the following:
l Avigilon H5SL Dome Camera (Indoor model — H5SL-D)
l T20 Pin-In star-shaped driver

Provided accessories that are not required for this installation:
l Mounting template sticker
l 4 screws and anchors for solid walls
l Surface mount adapter
l Side conduit cover
l Avigilon H5SL Dome Camera (Outdoor model — H5SL-DO)
o
RJ-45 grommet piercing cap
o
T20 Pin-In star-shaped driver
o
Provided accessories that are not required for this installation:
l Mounting template sticker
l 4 screws and anchors for solid walls
l Surface mount adapter
l Side conduit cover (2 sizes)
l Side conduit plate (2 sizes)
Ensure the NPT adapter (H4SL-MT-NPTA) package contains the following:
l NPT adapter for the H5SL Dome Camera
l T20 Pin-In star-shaped driver
l Lock nut
l RJ-45 grommet piercing cap
l Teflon sealing tape
If you are also installing the pendant wall mount (CM-MT-WALL1), ensure the package contains the following:
