If your Motorola Cell Phone won't turn on or stay on, the issue could stem from a discharged or defective battery. First, measure the voltage at TP_BATT+ with the battery connected. If it's below 3.0V, try charging the phone. If charging fails, replace the battery and repeat the charging test. If the phone still doesn't power on, the transceiver board might be defective. In that case, replace the transceiver board with a new one.
