This chapter explains the maintenance of the radio.
Use a soft damp cloth to
clean the exterior
Do not immerse in water
Do not use alcohol or clean-
ing solutions
If the radio is submerged in water:
Turn the radio off and remove
batteries
Dry with soft cloth
Do not use the radio until it is
completely dry
NOTICE: Radio is IP54 only when the dust cover or audio accessory is plugged into the
connector.
