Troubleshooting
Overview
If you have problems placing or receiving calls, try to locate your difficulty in the following
troubleshooting table and follow the instructions to remedy the problem. If you still are having
problems, contact your Wireless Service Provider.
Troubleshooting Table
Symptom Remedy
You cannot make or receive calls
•Make sure that your phone’s power supply is
plugged into an AC outlet.
•Make sure that the AC power in your house or
office is on.
•Have you obtained wireless service?
You hear static or intermittent voice
during conversations
•Try moving the location of your phone.
•Be sure the antenna is in a vertical position.
