Mike’s Talk Around TM
Mike’s Talk Around opens to the last code and
channel used on your phone. You can view the
code and channel your phone is currently set
to on the Talk Around idle screen.
For code calls, all parties must be on the
same channel and code. For private Mike’s
Talk Around calls, the person you are calling
must be in Mike’s Talk Around and set to the
same channel to receive your call.
Note: When making a code call, all parties
that are on your code and channel can hear
your conversation.
setting channels and codes
To set a channel:
1 From the Talk Around idle screen, press
K under Edit .
2 Scroll to Channel .
3 Press K under Edit .
4 Select a channel.
5 When you are finished, press K under
Back to return to the Mike’s Talk Around
idle screen.
To set a code:
1 From the Talk Around idle screen, press
K under Edit .
2 Scroll to Code .
3 Press K under Edit .
4 Select a code.
5 When you are finished, press K under
Back to return to the Talk Around idle
screen.
making code calls
To make a code call:
1 From the Talk Around idle screen or the
channel and code edit screen, press and
