Important General Safety Information

DO NOT operate your unit unless all radio fre-
quency (RF) connectors are properly terminated.
All equipment must be properly grounded accord-
ing to Motorola installation instructions for safe
operation.
All equipment should be serviced only by an autho-
rized technician.
Antenna Care and Replacement
Do not use the mobile with a damaged antenna.
Replace a damaged antenna immediately. Use only
the supplied or approved antenna.
Unauthorized antennas, modifications, or attach-
ments could damage the mobile and may violate
FCC regulations.
Driving
Check the laws and regulations on the use of
mobile radios in the areas where you drive. Always
obey them. Also, when using your mobile while
driving, please:
give full attention to driving,
pull off the road and park before making or
answering a call if driving conditions so require.
Vehicle Electronic Equipment
RF energy may effect some electronic systems in
motor vehicles. Check with your vehicle manufac-
turer's representative to be sure your mobile will not
affect the electronic systems of your vehicle.
