Keypad Lock Notification
When the keypad is locked one of the following instructions is
displayed:
None – no notification is display.
Notification OnlyKeys Locked is displayed.
Notification and InstructionKeys Locked, Press Menu and *
to lock/unlock is displayed.
Radio User Identity (RUI)
Your MTM800 Enhanced needs to confirm RUI to provide the full
service. After powering on you are prompted to input your User ID
and User PIN.
To Log on press Menu >More... >RUI > Log on
To Log off press Menu >More... >RUI >Log off
If the Log on is not successful radio has limited access which is
specified by the Service Provider.
Your Service Provider can lock the keypad with and without the
PTT, and during incoming call, but the Rotary knob and
are always available.
The Emergency button is not locked. Pressing the Emergency
button unlocks the keypad.
Radio with RUI feature disabled provides the full service to the user
without login prompt.
All the time the display indicates if the user is logged on (blue color
of the icon) or logged off (grey color of the icon).
