Troubleshooting
Check these questions first if you have problems with your phone:

How do I know if
my battery is
charged?
The battery level indicator should show at
least one bar (segment) of power. If it
does not, please recharge your phone's
battery (see “Charging Your Phone’s
Battery” on page 19). If the battery level
indicator has three bars showing, then
your phone's battery is fully charged.
