You can send and receive SMS, EMS and MMS
messages as well as access your voicemail from the
Messages feature. Each message type allows you to
attach different objects. The available options are
displayed in the
Insert
menu.
send a message
Find it:

Enter the message text.

To insert a
picture, sound, or other object,
press

.
To insert another slide in an MMS message,
press

Add Slide
. You can enter more
text and objects on the new page.

When you finish the message, press
OK
.

Choose one or more people to
Send To
.
receive a message
When you receive a message, your phone
plays an alert and displays the

(new
message) indicator and a
New Message
notification.
Open the flip and press
READ
to read the message
immediately, or save it in your
Message Inbox
for viewing
later.

Scroll to the message you want to read.

to open the message. For MMS
messages, your phone displays the media object,
then the message.
